As a current resident of Newport Beach, Casey O’Connor offers an invaluable perspective on the area as well as the many neighborhoods and communities that render the coastline one of the world’s most desirable places to call home. What sets her apart from all others is her impeccable attention detail, genuine drive and passion for real estate, as well as her highly personable and fiercely motivated personality.

One of which is Sean’s Pot-Of-Gold, a non profit that she founded which delivers gifts to pediatric cancer patients at Loma Linda and CHOC Hospitals on Saint Patrick’s Day. Andrey Potapkin

Andrey Potapkin, originally from Moscow, Russia has been an Irvine and Newport Beach resident for the past 10 years. Andrey originally came to California as a young Professional Tennis Player, and earned his Bachelors in Marketing, and MBA from Concordia University in Irvine. While at Concordia University Andrey played No.1 on the Men’s Tennis Team all four years while earning a full scholarship.

In addition to his athletic skill set, Andrey also uses his experience in marketing to help create for his clients an in-depth, comprehensive, and customized marketing campaign to insure his clients garner the highest selling price possible.

Outside of his Real Estate career, Andrey enjoys playing tennis, and traveling. Andrey resides in Newport Beach with his wife, and Real Estate Partner Casey O’Connor.

Brittney Atwood

Transactional Coordinator

Brittney is a distinguished professional focused on the residential real estate world. She is currently building her Transaction Coordination business, Sign Here Transactions, as the owner and Expert Transaction Coordinator. She has deep roots in coastal Orange County real estate starting in brokerage operations. As a marketing intern for a fast growing brokerage based out of Newport Beach, she knew real estate was becoming a passion. After receiving her Bachelor's Degree, she began selling real estate with one of Coastal Orange County's top Real Estate Agents. She became passionate about the transaction process from client relations, out-facing affiliate communication and real estate ethics. She strives to create ways to increase transparency and communication in all areas of real estate. Brittney lives with her family in Huntington Beach.
